RECYCLE FOR REAL
We don’t like to talk trash, but here’s the ugly truth: 91% of what you put in that little blue bin isn’t actually getting recycled.
The system simply wasn’t designed to handle everything we need it to. And frankly, the responsibility shouldn’t just be on your shoulders to minimize waste — it’s up to businesses to do their part to reduce waste before it can even get to the bins. Which is why, in partnership with Pact Collective (and a little help from you), we’re changing that.
With our Recycling for Real program, send back 5-10 empties in a box with a prepaid label (don’t worry, we took care of the shipping costs), put it in the mail and we’ll make sure it gets recycled…for real (even those droppers, pumps, and never before recycled bits and pieces).
HOW IT WORKS
STEP 01
Rinse 5-10 of your Prima empties — think lids, caps, glass jars, pumps and droppers.
STEP 02
Download your free shipping label. Pop your empties into a repurposed shipping box, seal it, and attach your prepaid label.
STEP 03
Drop it off at your nearest USPS location or schedule a free pickup online.
STEP 04
We'll take care of the rest!
Once your package is received, Pact Collective will break down and sort your empties responsibly — so they don't end up in a landfill.
By downloading a free return label, you are confirming that you have reviewed the above guidelines and will only send back Pact-approved empties.
OUR PACKAGING RECYCLABILITY
We acknowledge that not everything we make is recyclable, and we’re working hard to improve that wherever we can without compromising the quality and safety of our products. Our commitment to you is that we’ll continue to evolve and improve as we grow, together.
